From December 13th - 21st, 2022, I stayed with my wife at Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh Naama Bay, Egypt.
We paid the most expensive Delux panoramic view room with sea view. But our holiday in this hotel was ruined when we discovered many bed bugs in the bed in the hotel room. My body was bitten and itched all the days of our holiday.
We turned to the reception and they told us that it was supposedly mosquitoes biting my body. On the same day, they treated our room with some kind of chemical means. But they continued to bite me, and then at night I filmed how bed bugs crawled on the bed in the hotel room.
As soon as I showed this video and photo materials to the reception, they changed the room for us.
As a result, our holiday was ruined. I will never stay at any hotel of Movenpick network again and don't recommend it to friends or relatives.
