We ve chosen RetailCRM because there was no doubt that we would be able to make the settings ourselves. At first we faced a problem in telephony, the calls didnt enter the system correctly. Initially, it was planned to record all incoming applications but in the end we encountered many identical duplicates. Fortunately, we found Fenix in time. They helped us solve absolutely all problems, answered all questions. Guys, your Fenix is awesome)) They put the applications in order, there is no more confusion. We ll continue working in the system because we are content with the system itself. But we are even more pleased with the fact that they have such a partner as Fenix)
