I absolutely recommend the work the girls from the academy Pro Zdorovie do to anyone. I accumulated so much information for myself taking a short course called " A Healthy Digestion". I followed many other nutricionists and diet advisors before I had come across Ksenya's YouTube videos, Whatever I heard before did not work for me because the nutritionists rarely went deep into explaining why and how our digestion functions, how it affect other body organs and functions. Ksenya did and it worked for me. Thank you Ksenya, thank you girls who work with her and I particularly greatful to my personal nutritionist Olga Nikitina. Excellent work, keep it up! I have read some negative comments and I think you need to follow them up to avoid them in future. You can't avoid them alltogether, but do not let them discourage you, you are doing a good job.
